BOSE

I did some reading on Dr Bose and watched that video of his last lecture. Which inspired me to bring the 201's up from the shop and put them in the living room. My LR is a lousy listening room, seating, speaker placement, etc is all wrong. However, with the "reflective driving" aspect of the Bose, the resultant sound is much better with the Bose! And, you can be anywhere in the room and it sounds good. I'm impressed. Brand new Bose are frightfully over priced, but a good used pair is worth playing with, especially for the acoustically challenged listening room.

If there's no sound in a vacuum, where'd the music come from?

Hi Shanon,
Yes that's the one I watched. When I watched it I thought it was his last, but rereading the intro, maybe not his last ever. BTW, If I come across a pair of 901s, garage sale priced, I'll go for it.
