I have a transformer with 2 x 6.3 windings. one is 7 amp and the other is 2 amp. Am I ok to use this, assuming I put the 2 amp winding on the LA/LB side (J4) to feed 6B4G and 6SL7?

That should be fine, but you might need a larger dropping resistor on the 7A side since it is lightly loaded.
