No, just sloppy work. I've since resoldered and straightened it out. :$

Well I lucked out. I bought one of Tom's builds on eBay yesterday. I'll just relocate everything to a bigger chassis and install the Transcendar's. Thanks for everyone's help.

I was wondering who won that. Heck of a deal, I should think. The current retail price for just the monoplate Sovtek 6B4G is $99 a pair.

Yeah, I was on at the right time I guess. Hit the BIN immediately. I also bought the Transcendars last night for $120.00 and a new bottom plate for a custom wood enclosure so I'm into the whole thing for $431.00 plus shipping.

Sure thing. I'll send you a PM when I get around to switching it out. You can have the Edcors's back too if you wish.

Hey Tom, why don't you just buy the whole thing from him, and sell him the amp he wants? (666)

Hmmm ... my woodworking skills are about like yours Ty !
Some 2 x 4's and drywall screws and I'd have a chassis.

I like those black Hammonds ... I can do the metalwork
with Greenlee chassis punches and a hand drill in about
an hour.
