250V film bypass caps for power supply

I'm in the process of building a pair of MKIVs and I'm using Classic Valve's cap boards. I know the electrolytic power caps in the Dynaco need to be rated 525 to 550V for surge events (normally need to handle 420-430V), so the Classic Valve boards use a safe 350V parallel. My question is I have a number of 250V Panasonic film caps I could use for bypassing the 350V electrolytics underneath the board, there's clearance available. I know film caps can handle surges much more adequately than electrolytic. I'm assuming the 250V units would be fine here, but wanted to double check to see if anyone had any thoughts. TIA

They won't lose antimatter containment like a 'lytic, but they can scorch pretty good (lol)

Cheers!
