5AR4/GZ34 options

Posted: Wed May 06, 2009 6:13 amI've never used a JJ 5AR4. I have a Sovtek which I bought about ten years ago. It sees light use, and gets moved around from amp to amp. I've used it in my Mark 3 and it seems happy there.
I've also used some inexpensive "Ruby" labelled 5AR4. I'm assuming they are Chinese in origin. They've also worked well for me.
