I need to replace the wire on the transformers and need wire for the poseidon board.

Does anyone know what size I should use? Is 22 or 20 gauge O.K.?

22 ga is ok for low current and audio
20 ga is better for transformer primaries
18 is better for transformer secondaries and filament/AC wiring

Very short lengths are typically not critical

Watch the maximum voltage rating and temperature
rating you use on high voltage and transformer wiring
