Bias setup

for Dynaco Mark II/III/IV and DIY PP monoblocks

Hey Everyone...

So I pulled bottom cover and measured per instructions and it spec'd out .7v per kt88.

The Triode Kit uses a single bias tap, no pre-amp octal sociket. In the front bias tap, I got 1.41vots... seems to be running wonderfully.

Thank you everyone.

So as a final question... Any thoughts on new tubes that have more gain. I am using a driver baord frmo triode on my MKIV that apears to have mroe gain... makes low vol use easier.

THANKS EVERYONE,

Off to listen to classical... I love the tube sound with classical mussic.
