6 ohm speakers on my ST-35

Hi guys,
I got a good deal on a pair of Q-acustics speakers, their nominal impedance is 6 ohms. I'm I in trouble if I run them on my ST-35 which is 8 ohm output impedance?
Thanks in advance.
SM

Haven't blown up a ST or SCA-anything yet myself with 6R speakers on the 8R position ;)

Thanks Gregg. It´s not only blowing up the amp or the speakers (or both) that concerns me , but altering some parameters that can affect sound quality , like damping factor or rising the THD ... but yeah blowing up something is a big concern too...

They'll be fine. Hook 'em up and enjoy. Not worth debating. If you are really worried, connect 2-ohm power resistors in series with each speaker. If you do that, let us know what difference you can hear in audio fidelity. :))
