Chris, I believe you are referring to the RN65 and RN60 series resistors? These bulletproof resistors have two ratings, and the smaller value is a 125C Milspec rating. See two columns in the datasheet. So you are A-OK.

A great source for tubes is Jim McShane. I got a matched set of TungSol EL84s at a reasonable price and they sound great!
