in the past i have griped a little bit about bass delivery with the st-35....well in the past week i have moved in to a new house, and last night i got the st-35 fired up. wow! the bass response at this particular location is fantastic! i have the dynaco a25s running, and the speakers are against a partition wall (as opposed to an outer wall)...sounds excellent! i almost hate to rip up the wall to wall carpeting, exposing the '50s oak floor...almost. thats about the only good thing going for carpet is acoustic dampening. i already tore it out of one room and i can barely have a phone conversation in there due to echo...
anyway, allow me to retract my past opinions re: low end. i am a satisfied customer
