Hi Jeff,
J3-3 and J4-3 are the feedback hookups (orange), while J2-3 and J5-3 are the ground connections (black) for the outputs' secondaries. Note that post 3 is always towards the center of the board. I've had a couple unfortunate customers hook up the HV primaries at the feedback spot and fry their feedback resistor and 12AX7 cathode resistor. Oops!
