Rev D up and running

Postby Mark » Mon Sep 20, 2004 3:21 pm

I got tubes this past weekend and lit up the Rev D. No flames!. No sparks!. No smoke!....Just really good sound!. Anybody hooked up a sub woofer to the amp yet?

Chassis is about 90% complete in this pic. This picture was taken before tubes arrived. Fun project.

Well my trannies are set to arrive today and I will be punching holes as soon as possible then. \:D/

Going to be a fun few weeks as I get my ST-35 done and start up my preamp project.

The things grown men do for fun! :D

I'm running mine with a DIY passive preamp (ELMA stepped attenuator with homebrew interconnects). I was a little worried about having enough power to drive my speakers but, it has more than enough to generate complaints from the family. :D .
