I have been looking for one of these for a while at a reasonable cost and one finally popped up on Craigslist. I drove 72 miles one way this morning to pick it up. It has the original Telefunken 12AX7 tubes. I'll plug her in tonight and test it out. The seller had it connected to his PC playing MP3's when I got to his house. Its in pretty good condition.

The amp looks great Sal, collector quality ! Make sure you put a nice metal Muffin fan on top of it though ... they run hot.

Thanks Tom,
You ain't kidding running hot, I played it for 2 hours today, took a look at it and 2 EL34's were glowing cherry red!

I think a recap is in order... Yellow_Light_Colorz_PDT_20

I got a bunch of nice small 1" (maybe 1 1/4", I wonder where I got them Yellow_Light_Colorz_PDT_08) square muffin fans, maybe I can mount them inside without altering the top cover.

The little crappy plastic fans will melt and seize up in that heat !
The best bet is a real, metal Whisper fan (no imitations !) and
just sit it on top, letting it blow into the output tube area.
You can plug it right into the outlet on the back, although you
might have to trim the polarizing ears off the plug.
