alternative tone control bypass?
Posted: Thu Aug 21, 2008 6:41 pmI usually use my SCA35 to listen to music from my computer. Instead of bypassing the tone controls would running a pair of wires directly to the amp section work as it bypass all the tone controls? Only problem I can see is when I use the other inputs would this imput need to be shorted out somehow? I'd appreciate any ideas you might have as this seems like a simple way around the tone controls without altering the amp too much because I want to keep it mostly stock looking.
