It's swapmeet and yard sale season
Posted: Tue May 04, 2004 5:50 amDon't overlook the swapmeets, hamfests and yard sales as possible sources or "iron donors" or even good amps. There was aDynaco ST-35 that sold for $20 at the local "Hosstraders" hamfest this weekend, unfortunately I was not the lucky buyer. Even the local dump / recycling center / transfer station
(or whatever the 21st century PC term of the day is) can yield free tube gear (I have lucked out in this category).
