I guess you're talking about the little cheap Phenolic RCA jacks
on the ST-35 ? If you look at them closely, from the back, you'll see
that the center contact is made from a formed piece of metal,
and it has a split down the center. Bending the metal back
toward the center of the hole would tighten it up. I think the
best tool would be a very thin flat blade screwdriver from one
of those sets that comes in the blue box with the clear lid,
commonly called "Jewelers Screwdrivers" Try not to break the ceramic
insulator. You might also want to clean the inside of it.
