i ordered a 272-fx transformer from aes. but received a 272hx tranformer can i use this in my amp.
seams the center tap is 6amps. is this ok. do i have to make any changes to circuit. if what.

Run it as-is. You may see B+ in the 390 to 400 range, but that will be fine and give you a little more performance.
